Vegas Trip

 Hi hi~

It's been so long since I did a casual post!I also updated my blog theme. It was time for a change~

But I recently got back from a trip where we hiked across Utah and ended it all with a day in Las Vegas. It was like something out of a dream!

We hiked a total of 65 miles (over 100 km...!)

The elevation gain and extreme sunlight and heat meant that I got tired a lot and had to take plenty of breaks... 

There were several times where I think I got heat exhaustion.

But I kept drinking water and eventually made it through!

In Vegas, we went sightseeing on the strip, visited a dolphin and tiger rescue, saw Penn & Teller's magic show, and did plenty of walking there as well (we actually walked more in the city than we did on some hiking days)

Me losing my mind because we waited over 7 hours for the rental car and eventually ended up having to get a car from a different company 

 one of the worst travel experiences ever!!

Sadly we were way too exhausted (and broke) to go clubbing, but the flashy party atmosphere in Vegas made me want to do a gal meet there so badly...! It would be the perfect place!

There were all kinds of pools and resorts all over the place, neon lights, fountains, luxury brands... Just an amazing place~ 

We ended the trip by going to the top of the Stratosphere at night and looking out over the city. I wish I never had to come back home (and go to work, ew) 

Well... I'm broke now 

 

It was such a fun experience though! Totally worth it  I hope I get the chance to go back some day.
