Himekaji Autumn Inspo

   

Hi hi~!

Lately, I've been bitten hard by the himekaji bug. I first got interested in gyaru because of himekaji and in a way it almost feels like I'm regressing to my younger self  I know a lot of people don't like the "softer" side of gal, but it makes me so happy

 Last night, I turned on a "cozy autumn cafe jazz music" video on YouTube and went through Liz Lisa and Popteen from Autumn 2010-2013!  It was super relaxing and cozy  and I totally recommend grabbing a hot drink and flipping through autumn magazines

I wanted to share some of the pics that inspired me the most with all of you!

I really love the white sweater/blouse + plaid shorts/skirt combo so much! Plaid shorts seem to be in trend right now again, so I think I need to get some...

I'm really loving houndstooth this year as well!

Crafting Challenge: Substyle Accessory

 Hi hi~!

It's been ages since I last shared crafts that I made... 

But I made some jewelry inspired by hime and himekaji and I wanted to share with you!

I'm still determined to complete Rae's crafting challenge! 

This one definitely falls under Day 7: Substyle jewelry/accessory

The heart necklace was obviously inspired by Jesus Diamante, and the bow pearl necklace was inspired by Liz Lisa. The rose cross necklace was also inspired by something I saw before, but I have no memory of where I actually saw it... Let me know if you know!

Weekend Looks

 Hi hi~! 

I hope you had a good weekend! 

I did! On Friday we had a quiet night in. I did some crafts while catching up on AHS. I almost finished the 1984 season - it started out strong, but now I'm kind of wondering where tf they are going with it...

Anyway, on Saturday we were invited to a party at a friend's house so I got to dress up! I wore my new Daiso lashes that came in my recent buyee haul along with my new Liz Lisa sweater. I felt super cute and fluffy, perfect for the colder weather that's starting to come our way.

You can really see my new aesthetic starting to come through~

Buying these lashes was such a good choice!!

We stopped at the Japanese market on the way to our friend's, and I was stunned... There used to be a full cosmetics section and I was hoping to pick some things up, but everything was completely sold out aside from a few face washes and face masks...

I hope the supply chain gets its shit together soon.

At my friend's house we grilled up some steak and pork belly skewers! 

Later in the night we got a little crazy, did some Para Para and Bollywood dancing (or attempted to), and got into our friend's hot tub. I decided to do a live stream and Kohime joined

It was loads of fun chatting~ It was completely chaotic!

I didn't plan to stay over but we ended up crashing at our friend's place. That meant I unfortunately had to sleep in my full makeup and made the tough call of throwing away my contacts...

But they were getting kind of old already so I guess it was a blessing in disguise. I've already ordered a replacement pair of grays along with a brown pair that I think will suit my current vibe

On Sunday I woke up feeling pretty good but it ended up hitting me later in the afternoon... After finally showering I took a really long nap and tried to drink lots of water... I was suffering lol

We went out to do a bit of shopping and I got some supplies for my crafting! I have a few DIYs planned.

I can't believe the weekend is already over... But I'm hoping not to let this week get the best of me and keep up on my crating and maybe do some writing too! I still want to share my little haul with you all, so stay tuned for that later this week. I'm also in the middle of editing a video so I hope you will keep an eye out! 

Also I really want to focus on my health for the next few weeks... I've been stress eating and just very unhealthy in general and I really feel it.
